The outreach activities included in the PolyBiota project proposal entails research-related communications initiatives directed to the general public, rather than the research community. Radio interviews are one of the most useful ways to disseminate research results and create awareness among the general public about the reseach work performed (i.e., within the PolyBiota project) and its implications for citiziens.
So far, Dr. Giménez-Bastida has been invited to different radio programs to explain the research activities linked to the PolyBiota project to general public. These interviews were an excellent oportunity to talk about the main objectives of the project, the results obtained hitherto, and the relevance of these results for society.
